Booked the Full Detail on our Outback after a summer of camping trips. Sand in places I didn't know existed. Took him about five hours and the interior honestly looks better than when we bought it used. Showed up right at 8 like he said.

Had the 3-year ceramic done on my Model Y. He walked me through the prep, sent photos mid-day, and the water just falls off it now. Rain season is going to be a different experience. Paperwork for the warranty was in my hand before he left.

Dog hair. So much dog hair. I'd tried three shop vacs and gave up. He quoted the pet hair removal up front, didn't flinch at the condition, and the carpets came out looking new. Worth every dollar not to fight that battle myself.

Black F-150 with three years of swirl marks from touchless washes. The one-step correction removed probably 90% of it and he was straight with me about what a two-step would and wouldn't add. Appreciate a guy who talks you out of spending more.
